The Storytellers are, above all, human beings, even before being employees. They possess a healthy dose of imagination, sensitivity, and curiosity, which they express daily through their work, relationships with the team and clients, and even in their personal time.

Their talent lies in knowing how to tell stories that touch people’s hearts, using an empathetic and welcoming narrative style capable of creating genuine connections with listeners.

Every story the Storyteller shares is genuine and sincere, born from personal experience and enriched by shared values with Miramis and a strong sense of regional belonging. The Storyteller communicates ideals, visions, and emotions to create experiences that nourish the soul.

Our value proposition

Community House

Miramis Community House is the ideal place where our non-resident Storytellers can enjoy a cozy stay, with all the necessary comforts to make them feel "at home." This space also serves as a meeting and socializing point for resident Storytellers.

A prime example is the Tris Hotel, nestled in the unspoiled nature of the Orbetello Lagoon. The residence is entirely powered by solar panels and offers a laundry room, a shared kitchen, a breakfast room, internal parking, spacious social areas, and an outdoor pool, perfect for spending leisure time in relaxation and good company. Additionally, the Accommodation provides a secure and comfortable shuttle service to and from work locations.

Ice Breaking Days

Each season begins with the Ice Breaking Days: five days dedicated to onboarding, during which both old and new Storytellers come together. It’s a moment of training and mutual discovery, filled with emotions and surprises, essential to kicking off the shared adventure at Miramis with the right charge of energy.

Cross Pollination Program

During the period when the Italian facilities are closed, deserving Storytellers have the opportunity to participate in the Cross Training program, launched by Miramis in collaboration with its sister companies in Sweden. This extended contract offers an experience of professional and personal growth, where Italian and Swedish cultures merge within Miramis' shared set of values. This is the world we craft.

Dal 2022, siamo impegnati in un programma di riqualificazione di asset dismessi al fine di convertirli in strutture alberghiere segmento lusso. La Roqqa Hotel e Isolotto Beach Club, rappresentano le prime due aperture all’Argentario. Abbiamo avviato un programma per rilanciare l'Argentario, concentrandoci sullo sviluppo locale e la valorizzazione del territorio. In quest’ottica, lo scorso anno è stato acquisito l’hotel Torre di Cala Piccola, mentre tra i progetti di riqualificazione in Itinere ricordiamo l’Ex-fabbrica della Cirio e la Capitana.
